I’m not usually one to jump on bandwagons but I’ve been thinking about taking the plunge into the dedication, effort and responsibility of taking and publishing one photo every day for a year: the 365 Project, as they are referred to now in their own little rapidly growing scene.  Two things have led to me finally deciding to do it.  The first is that I never seem to take photos without a specific reason or mission behind it.  I usually go out on a shoot, instead of just – shooting, just because.  This project will give me a reason.  And because I don’t have many shoots to do at the moment, I’ve found that the quality of my photography and my enthusiasm for it has been waning some what.  Which leads me to the second reason why:  to get back into it again and stimulate my passion for photography a bit more whilst at the same time, improving it.
