Chasing the remaining daylight, I took a mad one hour pedal along the coast finding as many frantic sunset shots, in as many places as possible, before the light went completely. I was aiming to get a bunch of exposures to fiddle with in an HDR kinda way, but whilst setting up for one of the shots I spotted two fisherman down bellow the cliffs and rather liked the tranquil mood they created in the scene. Quite unlike my pace of photo taking at the time. Back at home, with the images uploaded, it turns out I liked this straight “un-tweaked” and unplanned shot the best. Go figure.
